Microsoft 365 Business Voice includes advanced features such as:

- A domestic calling plan with 1,200 minutes per user, per month within the South India.
- Dial-in audio conferencing for up to 250 people per meeting.
- The ability to call from anywhere, on any device through the Microsoft Teams app on desktop, mobile, web, and desk phones.
Business Voice requires a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Microsoft Teams. It is an add-on subscription for up to 300 users, that cannot be used standalone. Business Voice add-on and trial are only available for users with qualifying plans.
